Ok then, 7 jars of fresh classic damson jam and the rest as usual was used on Zwetschentorte, a sweet damson bread made by a Luxembourg recipe—it’s perfectly glazed with damson syrup on top, and damsons look a bit charcoal as the recipe claims them to be (basically, it’s as if our Piroshki had been made inside out instead of the traditional way).
