It’s that time of year again: our Mad Damson Tree (actually, trees: we have a tiny orchard of them now) took a break last season just to come back this August in its full glory, and picking ripe damsons from two lower branches resulted in L.’s masterpiece—Zwetschentorte. As tasty and tarty as ever!
