My East Anglian history pile slowly but surely increases: starting with the classic MR James work, “Suffolk and Norfolk,” it’s continued with Edward Parnell’s “Ghostland,” “Walks in East Anglia” by Bruce Galloway, works by WA Dutt, “The Norfolk Broads” and “Highways and byways in: East Anglia,” and now I’ve added this book by Francis Pryor, which got positive reviews from qualified people.
