Archival Cromer: now on the walls (En)

You simply cannot call yourself a proper Cromer nerd if you didn’t buy framed vintage photos of Cromer Pier and East Cliff (that’s where the journey to the Lighthouse and Overstrand starts).
Both photos were taken circa 1910 (i.e. they belong to the Edwardian era): I found them together with the Dunsany books at Much Binding, another lovely antique bookshop on Church St. in Cromer. As you see, the Pier hasn’t changed much (except it got a bit of an extension for the RNLI boats and the roofed space for the live shows): I love its dainty towers. The Cliff also looks the same, although the Groynes seem to be new and fresh.
